Example: Needed to differentiate our bank to a rising financial technology startup by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the values of the business: making customers happy by saving money. Designed and developed a sentiment calculator using Python, JavaScript, and the Twitter API that tracked and compared the client's social standing with top competitors. Demonstrated a minimum viable product to my team, explaining the importance of social strategy for the client. Discovered a highly positive normalized sentiment index for the company vs. its competitors, visualized the data, and personally presented our findings to the client, praising its customer relations and delighting the founders with the competitive success of their social strategy.

Collaborated directly with senior management to establish a comprehensive 5-year business plan after merging with its largest rival.
